Apprentice Wages?

    Hi,


    I'm an apprentice HGV mechanic.I'v been workin in my job for a year and a half and am still on 1st year wages.My question is am I intitled to second year wasges?Even though i'm here a year and a half my job failed to register me until Feb of this year.Everyone is telling me I am intitled to the rise because i'm working here over a year therefore making me a second year apprentice.Can anyone here help me????

    Pretty sure you're on "1st Year/Phase" rates, until you do training in FAS/college (seen as the 2nd year/Phase). Ring FAS to see, though.
