Ya have the intentional of using it for low light..

Also got Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 APO DG Macro Lens. They are the first two bits of kit i have bought apart from the camera and kit lens obviously.. Now all I need is the time to go try them out..

What do you mean by negotiation did you have to pay import duty?
Did you buy from hong kong?
Sorry about all the questions just im very interested in buying things like this from hong kong myself

Yep I got caught for a little bit of duty, nothing too major. I would think it was only because it was the lead up the xmas and they were working hard at stopping all the packages.. I am sure in January it will be ok again. I have seen everyone on here ordering of kea photo with no problems..

I have always had to pay vat when ordering from outside EU. How much duty did you have to pay, and where did you buy your lens from?. I'm considering a wide zoom as I only have a cropped Cannon 400D
