Was in lisbon for the weekend and have a lot of stuff to process below is one that kinda jumped out at me when first glancing over them

Taken indoors at the coach museum... no flash allowed and some parts not even tripods (not that I'd brought mine ) Only done basic processing so far, think it could do with a b/w conversion maybe myself.

I dunno - not sure there's enough of a tonal range for a B&W? I'd be interested to see what you get though :)

If it were me I'd mess around with a few curves layers, see where it takes me.. and perhaps a tighter crop.

Nice image and it looks great in sepia

    How about try

convert to BW with a sepia tone

    increase contrast by about 50

now with the lens correction filter add a bit Vignette -80

The contrast and lens correction / vignetting I can manage, the BW with sepia I've no idea  but I'll give it a bash.

On a side note, how do I unburn burned highlights? For example the streets of Alfama below (unprocessed)..... the little bit of sky is well blown :(

Dang those sunny t-shirt weather days in middle of December :D

Well to get back some detail in those highlights you realy need to have shot raw and drag the exposure back or try some sort of RAW HDR. Lightroom and ACR have a cool slider bar called recovery which brings back lost detail.
