    wow, the foreground looks almost like it was drawn in MS paint. Very strange effect but I like it alot. Phsycadelic.

    Thanks everyone. Its not been photoshopped too much regarding contrast, just tweaked a little. Its a steel grill covering what looks like an underground carpark beneath it. It's just off Pearse street where it meets the new development where all those red poles/beams of light come out of the ground. All the benches and planters have green underlighting coming from them and lit the grill up with a green tint. The blue colour comes from the lights from the underneath carpark.
