    Let me tell you all a little bit about myself.

    Before BGRH I was unhappy. I felt like an outsider lost in a flood of forums that weren't quite "me" I felt a need to pretend to the world, to conform to the so-called norms of society just in order to "fit in".

    Check out the "before" pix of me. I was frequently exhaused, overly-senstitive to criticism and unhappy with my appearance. My diet was questionable and my sleeping patterns irregular.

    Then I found BGRH. Now just six months on "look at me". I've finally found my true self and am comfortable in my appearance & pov on life.

    Brothers of BGRH, I salute you!
