    i was looking into the ones on ebay and concidering their not branded ones they seem a little over priced to me., i was looking for one for my D80 and it would have worked out at about 60-70ish.,

    I got one from 7 Day Shop, but they're a right pain in the hoop to deal with!

    Battery Grips are the Mutt's Nuts!

    7 Day Shop gave me the run around a few times.
    Told me that something was in stock, charged my Credit Card, then told me they had made a mistake & that I could apply for a refund. I got stuff in dribs & drabs from them in the end.
    Went back to getting my CF cards from Hong Kong again after that.

    Some of the lads here recommend Albert from Kea photo , however , ....

    My one and only camera purchase was off ebay ( 70-200mm ) lens , from a site in Hong Kong ( most are notorious for fakes ) and thats exactly what I got , instead of some lovely L glass I got a black cheap useless monstrosity and never got a penny back.

    So no Ebay for me , I'll stick with trusted retailers , Technik direkt are quite good , Ive never had a problem with them.

    http://www.technikdirekt.de/main/en/foto/fotodigital/zubehoer-digitale-slr/page.html?page=2&brand=CAN&eurorate=1

    On clicking the link , choose the irish flag and it should take you to the page with the grips.

    That's what I'll be getting Cabaal. Might as well play it safe and stick to the originals.

    I'm sorry to hear of your experience but it is definitely not correct to say that most HK ebay sites are notorious for fakes. Any of the reputable dealers - Digital Rev, Kea Photo, etc - are highly reputable and totally trustworthy. I've purchased items from both and have never had a problem. Can you recall the site that gave you wrong lens? Assuming you paid by PayPal/CreditCard you surely should have been able to get your money back.

    HK = Fakes??? WTF?
    I've had more problems with UK sellers!

    URGalaxy have sold me top quality products, with an unbeatable service.
    I would trust them with my life savings!
    They're retailers, who pride themselves on fast, reliable & efficient service.
