    Equine Trade Fair and Educational Seminar
    The ITBA International Trade Fair and Symposium takes place from the 24th January – 26th January 2008 in Goffs, Kill, Co. Kildare. This three day trade fair features over 70 equine exhibitors, workshops, seminars and symposiums.

    Exhibitors range from services through technology, associations, education and equipment, appealing to all in the equine industry.

    The Trade Fair seminars and symposiums will focus on a daily theme. Thursday 24th January is Industry Careers and Education day. This is the perfect day for anyone looking at career options or simply looking to further their education within the equine industry. The feature event will be a symposium “Pathways to Success”, hosted by a panel of representatives from The Darley Flying Start Programme, The University of Limerick, Maynooth and Enniskillen, The National Stud, RACE and some of Irelands top bloodstock consigners.

    Informal seminars will also be held throughout the day by the leading equine and agricultural faculties in Ireland such as the University of Maynooth, Limerick, Teagasc and RACE. There will also be practical demonstrations from the Irish School of Farriery, seminars on nutrition and much more.

    Students with a valid student card or children 18 or under are welcome FREE to the event. General entry is €10 per day this includes access to all seminars and symposiums.
