Looking to purchase a comp+laptop online - where?

I am looking for some advice on where would be the best place to purchase a computer and laptop.

This will be a business purchase so the vat can be avoided.

Dell looks like good value but I know there must be better options out there atm? I would not be skilled enough to risk building my own pc so that is out.

Not sure of budget but would be looking for decent hi performance systems that are relatively future proofed!

    Any help appreciated.

I'd choose komplett.ie for pc and elara.ie for laptop.

u says "hi performance systems that are relatively future proofed"

are u going to use any programs that requires good graphic cards etc?

if yes I can reccomend overclockers.co.uk - they have better choice of good graphic cards than komplett.ie

let us know how much u want to spend, what do u mean by business computer and what monitor are u looking for - so myself or somebody else could write on forum any sample spec.

    Cheers for the reply.

Budget would be upto €2,000 for each machine ex vat but obviously that's not what I MUST spend.

On the laptop 17in screen preferable and on the computer 22in or 24in preferable.

Not really sure on the graphics card, might get used a bit for graphics or logo type design but I am a novice at this so no real heavy usage. I would like to edit video if possible but once again I am a complete novice at this.

Are the Irish sites as good value as the Uk ones?

    Cheers.
