Sale in golf shops at christmas?

    anyone know if any shops will have a sale just after christmas or anything?

    id be particularly interested if anyone knows if mcguirks are gonna have one?

    yeh, mcguirks will. i was chatting to one of the lads in there the other night and he said i'd be better waiting til after xmas until i bought what i was going to buy. Also more chance of haggling a better deal too after xmas.

    Pricebuster Golf (UK based online shop) have a 20% discount at the moment.

    Their prices are usually pretty good to start with and they only charge a flat rate £10 delivery.

    Nevada Bobs in da North were selling Titleist 905R drivers for £100.....I picked up the last one.

    i was in mcguirks last saturday, they had 10% off almost all irons and 20% off some bags and drivers. Not sure if this is the sale they were advertising but I didnt see any real bargains as such. R7 460 Drivers were 199. If you could get a regular one with 10 or 15% off that would be a good deal but I could only see stiff shafted.

    If the irons had another 10-15% off I may be tempted. Looking at Cobra s9 and fp but a little bit expensive atm especially since it's 5-SW and the 3/4 hybrids are 150E a pop.
