What is the norm for rent in Cork?
For a large double room walking distance to city, en suite, new house? For a couple?

Take a look at www.daft.ie and search for similar lettings in the area.

Thanks Victor, I looked it up. The rents are far higher than I am charging. Can I just put up the rent or are there procedures?

There are, check the prtb website.
The rules concern how much notice you have to give the tenants, what form it should be, etc.
Someone else here will no doubt know the specifics off-hand

[edit] sorry, i meant 'prtb', not 'ptsb' [/edit]

Ok, can't find the 'ptsb' website, looked up ptsb.ie and .com and nothing. What does it stand for? Thanks a million
