    NTL are beyond a joke, every number I have tried is "busy" and their email customer service address returned an automated "address no longer exists" thing.

    I never got through, 3 of us trying basically all day, tempted to send them a "strongly" worded email! They are such idiots though, they lost out on alot of business i reckon
