Blood shot eye

    Hello,

    I am looking after my niece for a few weeks and one of her eys is full of puss and is really badly bloodshot,should i take her to casualty or the gp? this has happened in the past and they got eye drops but it seems to keep coming back!

    Noone here can diagnose for you. A doctor can prescribe antibiotic drops if its an infection such as bad conjunctivitis. But you really need a doc to advise.

    If there's pus, she almost certainly has an infection. She needs to see a doctor. This is not a medical board.
