I bought the Christmas edition of Cycling Plus magazine. Col du Frene : overtook a guy going UP the Col on skis! ( Cheating though – he had rubber wheels on his skis. Pretty impressive!!) His girlfriend was trying to keep up on a bike)

Never mind cycling, that sounds tough!

Should be a good read.
