Can this be done by email or does it have to be either fax or mail? I need it done ASAP and i havent heard back from them in 3 days.

Had to do something similar once or twice, not for Pixmania though.
I scanned in the bill, removed in photoshop everyhting from the bil lthat is not their business and send it on by email.
Worked for me.

i took a photo of my bill and blurred out anything that wasn't their business and they accepted it no problems, obviously to use a photo you need a good camera.

all they want to see is the name and the address anything else politely tell them to fudge off.
