So i've hunted and hunted but have not yet come across Advent Calendars over here. Is it not an Irish thing to have Advent Calendars?

Ooh did you? I looked in Tesco Clarehall and all around the Londis's and Eurospar's around but no luck.

You could also try Lidl or Aldi, they usually have them!
