I'm looking to take portraits of classic cars and their owners.

It's for a college project about possessions/status symbols.

Paticularly, I am looking for a 70's cadillac for a retro portrait, or a Rolls or Bentley for a stately portrait, but whoever is interested, give me a shout eithier on boards or email me directly: kens.obrien@gmail.com

I work in Dublin and live in Carlow, so anywhere near there or in-between.

I'm not to well placed for you (Limerick) but if you don't have any joy finding a rolls or a betley and need a Jag (which is of course a far superior car in almost every respect ;) ) then give me a shout.

Hmm...I can see an arguement there.....reminds me of Mac/PC, Skoda/Volkswagon arguements!!
It certainly is a beautiful machine. I would love to get a portrait of yourself and the car, although Limerick might be a bit of a stint. Are there any car shows on between now and end of Jan?

That photo was taken before the bodywork was done BTW !

@ 3ps - thats a fantastic pic! The Alfa looks absolutely glorious.. Did the car have a recent respray,or did you work your arms to bloody stumps polishing?

thanks, the car had a respray about about 6 years (+-2) ago by a previous owner but hasn't been used much since.

I didn't polish the car for that shot. In fact, I had just driven from Dublin to Cork in it!
