A boardsie was kind enough to swap databases with me... I'm importing them into PT but it will only let me import 24files at a time and that takes about 15 mins...

is there anyway where I can just set it off and let it import overnight or something instead of having to do it like this?

    Thanks,
    Mac

I've imported something like 500k - 1m hands at a time once or twice in the past, I just filled up the import folder, told PT to import, it looked like PT had crashed (usual No Response stuff) but I left it overnight and they had all been imported when I got up, I think it took about 8 hours or so possibly more, I'm not sure if I checked before going to work or not, but it took a looong time...

Although it sounds like you're getting a warning message, are you??

yeah when i select more then 24 files it tells me i have too many selected. I'm using the import hh's function from the file menu and then it brings up a new window looking for location of file and i navigate there and i see all the text folders but can only select 24 at a time... there are 1000's in it

put them all in teh party poker hand history folder, then click force import. dont plan on using PT for a long time though

It would be easier to just get the database file

go to generic import, set it up for whatever folder the files are in, force import and leave it over night. pt only did about 50k per hour on my pc.
