I have to go to Leeds in February for a course. I see Ryanair fly to 'Leeds Bradford'. Is this close to the center of Leeds or is it on a par with the likes of 'Paris (Beauvais)? Also which other airlines fly to leeds (if any?).

    Thanks.

It's about 30 minutes drive from Leeds Bradford to the center of Leeds. It's a straight run from the airport via Headingley.

The only alternatives are maybe Manchester, but it's an hour by train, or likewise Doncaster.

It is about 45mns by bus to Leeds city centre, route 757 buses run every 30mns timetable.

From Dublin only Ryanair operate to Leeds-Bradford, FlyBE go there from Belfast City and Aer Arann from Cork.

There are half-hourly direct trains from Manchester Airport to Leeds, journey time is around 1h20m. Both Ryanair and AerLingus serve Manchester from Dublin.
