Firstly I'm not a mod but read the new rules. This should be in consumer issues. Secondly I'd say theres not a snowballs chance in hell of you getting a 5300 from vodafone, the best you could expect is an apology and a call/email asking if you want to go ahead with the order etc. Or in the event of a 5200 arriving a refund.
