need a little advice
please can anyone here offer any info. my son was playing amatch with his school , he was involved in a fight on the pitch.his side of the story is he was provoked by a player from the other side, which resulted in my son giving this guy a dig , this guy suffered a broken jaw, now this happened on the pitch while he was with the school. now this guys family are trying to press charges against my son for assualt , please can any one tell me is there a chance this can go to court, the are both under 18 yrs old
