New bass amp speaker

The speaker in my Ashdown MAG 300 115 is broken. It's an 8 ohm, 200 watt 15" speaker and the head is 300 watts @ 4 ohms, which means it only runs at 180 watts with the 8 Ohm speaker. Can I replace the broken speaker with a 300 watt, 4 ohm 15" speaker to get the full 300 watts from the head instead of getting an extension cab?

Where can speakers be bought online and would I be able to install it myself?
