I was trying to capture an animation in Pro Engineer and I have saved the file as a .fra by accident, and cant get back to save another copy of it. Anyone know what this extension is? Is there any way i can convert this to WMV or AVI? TIA claasman

its a frame file from a 3d image, only compatible with 3D design tools afaik.
