    Hey people,

Buying a new router soon (old one decided to give up the go) and was looking at the Netgear RangeMax WPN824 and was just wondering if any of you have one. If so, is the signal distance much better than the standard Netgear routers? Will it work with Eircom broadband? Do I have to connect it to my old wired modem, or just plug it into my computer, power supply and telephone line?

    Many thanks.

Just setup an Netgear WPN824 RangeMax Wireless Router with an Ice Broadband connection.
Approx 10 mins to setup, no problems, easy step-by-step on-screen instructions.

I purchased it from http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.aspx?sku=336951 for €90 + postage (in a bundle together with a NETGEAR wireless MIMO USB 2.0 Adapter). The router on its own costs €96 from komplett.
