Baikal Shotgun Deal

A bit on the light side for clayshooting. But on the other hand with a decent recoil pad it wouldn't be too bad. Keep in mind you're not buying a topnotch new gun but for the money you'll hardly find better. In my opinion Baikal's tend to be more relaible than similar priced Turkish and Spanish guns.

Another option is looking out for a good secondhand Beretta, Browning, Super Lanber and if you realy want to go bananas Perazzi or an FN/Browning B25 ( starts at about 6K reconditioned and like hen's teeth in Ireland ).

I am with Stevie on this one. Buy a good second hand gun. Dont buy a light gun for clays, it wont be able to handle the workload and the recoil will be unbearable after a few rounds. Tell the dealer what you intend using the gun for, they should guide you in the right direction.

I shot one of those with a 28gram clay load, too much of a kick in it for my liking.

Definatly good second hand gun like the other posts ,will stand to you and you can nearly get what you payed for it ,where as id imagine a gun like that one will depriciate like hell in the second hand market
