I have seen a silencer adapter for my DE made by KM, has anyone got one and could they tell me how it fits onto the gun I.e do I need to get special inner or outer barrels and if so where can I get them? Also what silencers would be compatible with this fitting?

    link to adapter http://www.wolfarmouries.co.uk/airsoft/bb/...gory&id=111

That just goes straight onto the standard barrel.

Any silencer with a 14mm counter clockwise inward screw.

Nice one cheers, so it jus kinda pushes into de end or does it screw in?

Well seeing as DEs don't have threaded barrels as standard, I would assume it just pushes on or clips on somewhere.

I put in a 6.01 precision barrel that shouldnt make any difference the barrel is not any longer

Nah, it will attach to the outer barrel not the inner one.

6.01 is a bit tight, if you're using that precision of barrell I'd seriously recommend only using the absolute highest quality bb's you can get. I've seen 6.01 barrels go quite wrong when using standard or cheap ammo.

its a pretty long gun to begin with, id imagine it would be a nice show piece but i cant see it being practical for proper use.,

Question, why the hell would you wanna put a Silencer on a Deagle?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,169 ✭✭✭Alvin T. Grey

Because you can? Why does anyone trick out their markers?

Question, why the hell would you wanna put a Silencer on a Deagle?

Or you could use one to disguise an extended inner barrel.

DE with a silencer that is just wrong to be honest and it wont look right the deagle is a chunky piece and looks the part but throw a silencer on it which most silencers are skinny ,just wont look well

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 198 ✭✭sean1ucc

Ive found some good chunky silencers that dont weigh to much bout 10cm long

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,291 ✭✭✭✭Gatling

well if you can find one that suits the look then go for it ,post pics when you get it

I would have said that it'd look awkward, but then I saw the SOCOM this weekend. With the silencer attached it's about an inch shorter then a G36C with the stock folded.

    Serious compensation methinks;)
