Just wondering - similar to a thread about a friend coming back from the States, I've a friend coming back from Japan and he has offered to pick me up an X-Box 360 Elite. I know it'll need an adaptor - he's already got one for himself so that shouldn't be a problem, but is there anything else I'd need to worry about?

What about games? He says the games are in English but I wouldn't be able to find out until I got them. Too risky or worth a shot?

I have a Japanese console, I got a 220v brick for it and use that rather then its 110v. If you don't get the 220v brick you'll need a transformer.

The games will need to be region free from here to be able to play them. If you check play asia you can see which ones are region free. A lot of the Asian release will have English. Play Asia usually say's if they have English or not.
