I'm a member in there, I find it ok for my routine, office location etc.

What do you want to know ?

Juat want to know what the facilities are like, i heard its very small

More into the free weight section/machines

Yeah, the free weights section is small which means that once a handful of fellas are in there - it's absolutely wedged. Doesn't bother me because I only do 2 free weights sessions a week and I do them at very off peak times.

Otherwise there are plenty of bikes, cross trainers, threadmills etc.
Pool is fine and normally spacious.

There is a French guy in there who does great classes which are a mixture of high intensity cardio with dumbells and squats. Really killer classes and very addictive. Thats actually the main reason that I am in there a lot.

But free weights are a let down in the place, so maybe it's not the right spot for you. I'm sure if you went in, they would give you a few passes to try.

Is that the french fella who does a class where people do squats for 15 mins at a time then bicep curl shoulder press combo for another 15 mins? i seen that once and was shocked! and he tells everyone this is the most superior exercise there is!!
also when he does pt this is what he does too-:D i seen him in different gym so it might not be him?

Mickoo, yeah that sounds like him. I can only speak for myself, I find the class awesome and it's packed every night. Still though the proof of the pudding is in the eating, so if you are curious at all you should go, I think you can go once of twice for a free trial.
