What type of cable to use for bedroom TV's

Bought new 3 storey house in showroom condition. Limits by OH in the amount of ripping that I can do !!
Have pulled all cables to one point in walk-in wardrobe.

Lucky that I was able to pull HDMI, 2 x cat6, 3 rg59 and VGA cable to main TV in sitting room.

TV in kitchen is 20 metre cable run. No way of pulling new cable. Had to join existing RG6 at both ends but was surprised to see good quality picture from RF out of sky box.
Now want to connect to the tv's in bedrooms. Both 19" with DVI but may be upgraded later. Have no problem in bringing any cable that I need as I can get easily feed cables through the attic. What cables would you bring at this stage. I may also install ceiling speakers while I am at it !

    Regards
