Woohoo Bodyweight Deadlifts!

    Managed to get to 3 sets of bodyweight deadlifts this morning. Rather chuffed. :)
    Squats are a week off bodyweight as well.
    ok, its going to be a good while for the bench though

    Thanks to everyone here for pointing me in the right direction at the start, I was completely clueless.
    :D

    It was an accident :) I meant to put on 5 kilo plates, but I was sleepy and the 5s and 10s are both black.
    Afterwards when I was putting them back I was like "Waaait.... woohoo!"

    Agreed.

    Gloves are only a peice of loose stuff between the bar and your hand, reducing grip security and increasing the effective diameter of the bar. So you may get rid of the callouses but your grip won't be as good. I'd personally take the grip any day.
