I have a USB key with a virus on it.

-what's the best way to scan it.
    -best software to use?
Is it safe to plug into USB port on company network machine(obv. I wont open any of the files)

Your best bet would be to plug in the usb key onto your own PC and run an anti-spyware and anti-virus scan with AVG

It's not safe to plug it into a work PC, chances are you will infect their machines.
