Oil radiator the best option?

One of the rooms where I live was converted from a garage and the radiator doesnt work very well or heat the room up very much. I could get a plumber in to look at it but i think it would be a big job to right it. So was thinking of getting one of those portable oil radiators. Can anyone recommend a better solution or…
