    Hi,
As an older person I suffer OA of the knee and need a knee replacement. Can you recommend a consultant/surgeon.

    Thanks.

There are many out there. Its best to go for someone who has experience in Knee surgery as Orthopaedics has subspecialities such as spine, ankle, upper limb, Trauma to name a few.

Tallaght hospital has a large contingent of elective orthopaedic surgeons as well as Cappagh hospital who would all do joint replacement. I am declining to name any one of them over another.
