    Im just looking for a place to call in

    When I was in Galway there was an office you go in and sort out your NTL etc, I hate doing it over phone as it takes too long and not as easy to sort out, and you could be waiting hours on it!

    AFAIK all the customer dealing parts are in Limerick.

    East Point is ONLY finance dept.

    Customer support is based in the old chorus offices in Limerick and also another office in Clonmel. Address for Limerick is :

    The customer service operation is entirely based in Limerick.

    If you call into the Chorus/ntl HQ in Eastpoint in Dublin, the receptionist will simply phone the call centre in Limerick and then hand you the phone. There are no customer service staff at HQ in Dublin.

    The call centre in Limerick is not open to the public. The address is:

    Limerick
