Canadia flooring any good?

I am looking into putting down either solid or laminate flooring. I had more or less decided to go with quik step perspectives laminate. Now I've seen both laminate and solid wood made by Canadia. I can't find any info about them on the internet. How does their 9mm laminate compare quality-wise with quik step? Also, how do you compare solid timber floors quality-wise? I am looking at finger-jointed oak or maple, 15mm thick, suitable for floating and costing 25 euro per sq yd. Any advice welcome.
