North City Darts league

Hi just wondering if anyone on here knows how the wednesday leagues are going. Play for the CTD Brookwood Team we are doing Ok won 5 lost 2. Any input welcomed

Hi i was wondering if there is a darts league in North Dublin around Campions Pub near balgriffin Cementry

The North City is probably the league to join.
Its in the middle of the season so you could look into nxt season.

Just wondering do they accept Women in the North Dublin League (based in North Strand) or do you have to prove proficiency at pub level first to be considered?

In the area I live in in Cork it's mainly pub teams playing against one another in a league in West Cork and i'm not too familiar about the way things are done in Dublin. Thanks.

There are both a Tuesday and Wednesday North City League , primarily mens' teams but women are eligible to play (and the ones who do play are bloody good , btw!) . The same as any team game I guess you just got to be good enough to be selected .
There's also a Thursday Ladies' League - I dont know where the nearest team to North Strand play out of but I'm sure Market Bar , East Arran St have a team .
All three leagues are close to midway through the season now - I dont know if new players can be signed in mid-season or not . The season starts in early October .
Market Bar is also the HQ for North City Darts League btw .


Tiny28 , Campions play in the Tuesday North City League . It's a very strong league so well worth popping down to watch the odd match . Their next home match is Feb 5 ( unless they have a home cup tie in the meantime) . See above re season start dates .


ivers57 , do you play out of Edenmore House ? If so , we're playing against ye tonight ( I play for the Fingal House) . AFAIK The Towers are 3 points clear of Salmons and 4 clear of Patriots at the top . They've drawn 2 matches to date and not been beaten yet . Not certain of 2nd and 3rd but i think thats what I was told ( was the end of a good session when i heard it lol) . Sorry I missed your original post or would have replied then !

Hi Nessy, I play out of the brookwood in corduff.
Think we are in the other section, we played AFL last nite tied 4-4.
