    Anyone used their US website ? I am strongly thinking of ordering with them, sending it to a friend in New York and having them bring it home at Xmas. Savings seem ridiculous.
    Anyone any experiences with them, they seem extremely reputable. ?

    Hi Ponch,

    We bought an engagement ring from them earlier this year. Went to New York and they had it shipped to a local FedEx office as they won't send it to your hotel (not a problem for you I see). Found them pretty good to deal with. Would have no hesitations recommending them from my experience - customer support was good to deal with and from talking to them, a good few Irish people do this.

    They were specifically mentioned on Today FM last week during a piece about great savings to be had by buying online - they got a very good review.

    We ordered from them last October - absolutely fine and the ring is gorgeous. It ended up being valued over here for a bit more than we spent too!

    I bought a diamond from them a few months ago and had it set by a local jeweler as the settings here I'm told are better.

    I had the diamond valued in Ireland by a reputible valuer and it was valued at 1200 euro more than what I paid for it.
    Do your homework on the 4 c's, table, flourescence, e.t.c.
