    DN - Decision
    NJ - Number/Notice of Judgment(?)
    P - Plenary
    FM - For Mention
    FH - For Hearing
    1D - Number of Days allocated =1
    2D - Number of allocated =2
    3D - Number of allocated =3
    SS - Special Summons/Summary Summons - depends on Plaintiff and list.
    SF - Scheduled For 3 WKS

    NJ means non-jury (AFIK).
    As far as I know, DN is the Dublin list number, i.e. the number that a case gets from the master list (once it has been transferred into the list to fix dates) prior to a date being fixed for the matter, not to be confused with the record number :-).

    The "2007 988" is the record number, which gets set by the central office and will often hvae more information after it, e.g. 2007 988 JR to signify that it is a judicial review matter and belongs in the Judicial review list
