    There are always different types down in the butchers and im not sure which is best to go for,obviously price is an issue as well but which is the best for 1. Protein content 2. Nutritional value.

    Are you referring to Round Steak? Fillet Steak? Sirloin Steak?

    It really depends what your going to be doing to the meat. Grilling, stir frying, throwing it into a beef casserole....

    Take a look at the labels in Tesco. They now give the protein and fat per portion as cooked and trimmed.
