    For those interested there are still 16kg kettlebells left in stock and the introductory offer of £45 ( normal price £50 ) is on till Christmas.The All Ireland Kettlebell Lifting Federation foundation workshops are booked for 27th Jan and 9th Feb 2008 along with my head coach "Ginko"100% booked to do an National coaching course in Apri 2008,also June 2008 will be Irish selection for the 1st ever team from here to take part in the World Championships to take place in St Ptetersberg.So if you think your strong,fit you may even think your hard.........if your up for a challenge,drop me a line sales3kings@gmail.com All the best J
