    I own shares in blue nile, they are a very reputable company. They are using the internet to do the jewelery industry what dell did with computers, ryanair with aviation etc, and their affordability/online delivery is apparently doing wonders all over the world.

    I know that may seem like a slightly biased view because I profit when they make sales! But I only bought shares in them because I heard wonderfull things about their business model and levels of customer satisfaction.

    Reviewes a bit mixed, seems to be problems with quality and customer serivce from the reviews on the site.
