Sorry to ask what will probably seem like an obvious question to some but what does it mean by the library having just a reading room open on sundays?just saw it when looking at opening hours on the website,does it just mean you cant take out books?

Those express machines at the front of the entrance can check books in or out of the library. Can someone confirm that they can be used when the desks are closed in the evenings and weekends? I would suppose so.
