Homemade protein bars.....?? Anyone know a recipe?

Morning everyone, does anybody know where I could get a recipe to make these with oats etc?? Well I dont know if oats go in them but whatever I need??

I am trying to get all my protein etc from whole foods so that my supplements are actuially supplements and not substitues as I have been using them,

Anybody know where I could make something like this as a handy snack, I already used chicken in tupperware etc, I just wanna have something I can maybe eat if I am watching TV or something, rather than Jaffa cakes :D without having to buy the actual bars themselves, as they look pretty rotten I must admit, and seem sorta expensive,

If there is a good value nioce one I would happily buy them, anybody know any of them?? :D

I ve never tried any of these as im not the best when it comes to following a recipe but they seem to be very popular.
