    Hey folks,

Just thought I would share this with you. I have recently started taking Black Strap Molasses which is basically a result of sugar fermentation and is available in most health food shops. I don't know if anyone has heard of this or takes it though in the past 5 months I've been taking one tablespoon in the morning and one in the evening. This product has all the vitamins you neeand is extremely high in Vit. B naturally.

Anyways since I've started taking it, I've lost 10lbs and my energy levels have shot up vastly. I really feel brilliant. I can't praise it enough to be honest. The strangest thing is my grey hair is also starting to turn back to its original colour too.My girlfriend who usually suffers from extreme periods started taking it too and her cramp pains have almost disappeared. She feels excellent too.

I don't know whats in it, but whatever it is I reckon everyone should be taking it. Its about €3 a jar in most health food places and a jar will last you about a month. It tastes absolutely rotten, though it you mix two tablespoons in with hot milk it actually tastes like a caramel latte...

Anyways I reckon give it a shot, if you do let me know how you get on with it...

    Hope this helps.:)

Molasses is a byproduct of sugar processing, raw cane or beet sugar is processed and purified to make white sugar. The left over is molasses, or treacle. It is used to make rum. Also most brown sugar here is crap, it is molasses from cane sugar mixed with white beet sugar!. Raw cane sugar is best.

Beet molasses is vile and used as animal feed. Can molasses is the nicer one. It is loaded with nutrients, and used as ingredients when growing batcerial/fungal colonies in labs.

If the taste is so bad you could cover it, i.e. stick it in a little bread and down it in one. I would mix it hot with lemon for a winter drink.

Black Strap Molasses. Vit B is the only vitamin it has in quantity, but it is a good source of some minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron).

I went out on break to buy some of this stuff and somehow I came back with milled flaxseed. Don't ask me how them words came out of my mouth!!

So what's it like then flaxseed. From reading a few sites it seems good stuff. I haven't opened it yet but it seems rock hard in the packaging. Is it vacuum packed?
