Grinds - How to organise them and what to charge?

I'm just wondering what I should charge for grinds and what the best way to go about organising them is. I'm a fully qualified secondary school teacher. I don't really want to give grinds but I'm teaching in a Gaelcoláiste in a fairly small town so my students don't have any options but to go to me for grinds as their parents don't feel grinds in english will be much help. We had a parent/teacher meeting this week and quite a few of them brought it up with me.

Like I said, I don't really want to do grinds but I feel like I might have to to best serve my students (and let's face it, the money wouldn't be unwelcome). I'd just appreciate any advice anyone can offer.

Mod Edit - New thread started, you might get better info this way.

If they are your own students, then you can't give them grinds as there would be a conflict of interest, no matter what parents say.

Conflict of interest indeed if you teach them directly but if its for something else, then I'd say chance it. ONly thing is it sounds bad in the long term as I remember a teacher in school I went to giving grinds to other teachers students and always remember it.
If you want money, just advertise in neighbouring town. Remember you are paid to teach your 22 hours, no one will thank you for breaking your arse doing grinds after school

Thanks guys. I hadn't thought about the conflict of interests issue actually. It's genuinely not the money (though I'm not going to do it for free). Several parents asked about it at the parent/teacher meeting. I hadn't really even considered it prior to that.

I suppose I'd better talk to my principal about it before I do anything, see what he says.

In the mean time, any further advice would still be appreciated.
