    Any news on time crisis. Just went into GAME to ask when its out and got the response "(shrug shoulders) but ive held the gun". He then proceeded to make sound effects and shoot an imaginary gun.

    I read about it in Playstation UK magazine a couple of weeks ago, will be out Q1 next year hopefully, gun and all, I'm hoping it's a fully wireless gun if at all possible!

    How will this new gun work? Obviously the old lightgun technology isn't an option.

    Its a fully wireless gun. I think it has two sensors that you put on top of the tv like the wii. It also has a couple of first person levels cause it has an analogue button so you can move around in the level.

    Great, I hope they come up with a PS3 version of point blank too, some of the best craic I ever had with guns and beer!

    that was the worst about gettin an lcd tv, no more time crisis :( cant wait for the new one. miss the days of sore shoulders and arms from holding the gun in a rigid position :D

    I'm not so mad about the Arcade game but at least the console versions always pack in a load of extra modes that make the game worth buying.

    yep, tis very orange. seemingly there's laws in some places that state that if something is purposely gun shaped/looking that they need to do something to make it obvious that it isn't actually a gun.

    seems like there may have been some instances with police raids were people playing with toy guns were getting capped.

    oh, and I'm afraid it's not wireless lads. according to an article I read a week or so ago, there's going to be a wireless version in 08, but not sure when.

    Be warned lads, the latest TC is awful by all accounts. I heard one of the EGM guys talkin about it. He claims its ultra short, theres no continues and the gun never calibrates properly.

    Its a shame cos its an untapped genre with so much potential. Loved Time Crisis when it came out. Hard to believe it was 10 years ago!

    Hmmm. Just looked at the 1up review. 3.5 out of 10.
