Hey everone,

Just to let you know that there's an open Clinch session every Sunday at 2 out in Spartan MMA.

For anyone who wants to work on their clinch, and let's face it, it is the sexiest of all the ranges, here's a perfect opportunity for you.

In addition to some of Ireland's clinch guys we've a gentleman from Eastern Europe training with us who has superb clinch, as The Shane will testify.
