Coming on the back of winning the WRC 2 years in a row, Uncle Henry has decided that they should celebrate. And the way they've decided to celebrate is that there are lovely little rumours liker the one in Autocar today, where we may see a whole new range of fast Fords. Ford in Europe have decided to make a 'strategic change' and are now seriously considering making RS models again, and widening the range of ST models. Hats off to Ford for making such a politically incorrect decision!

Needless to say Ford fans will be over the moon. Now if only we saw a Cosworth badged model!

    That is very good news.

Brilliant! The escort cossie was my DREAM car when I was a kid, and all those MKII RS escorts I saw at rallies(and still see at rallies!) are burned onto my brain. About time too, the Focus ST is supposed to be a cracking car.

the sierra cossie was my dream car as a kid and obviously the early mkII escorts .. did get to put one around the rally track in scotstown a few years ago. But on the theme of cossies .. I am trying to get my father in law to part with his '88 190E 2.5 Cossie ... in mint condition and such a joy to drive !!

Ah yes, I remember the day the cousin brought this massive heap of crap home from England, it was white-ish carbon-fibre/fibreglass or something, it was in bits, and it was an RS200. I said what posessed you to buy this, he replyed with wait a year or so, and say that. Apparantly its worth a mint now, he's had mad offers from all over the place, crazy money.
