Back on topic, I'm debating whether or not to get this on Wii or 360.

The Wii version has some extra features based around the wiimote (using the speaker to emit a sound if you miss a note, and uses the wiimote rumble feature when star power is activated), but it probably won't have downloadable content (which is almost a certainty on the 360).

The Wii version sounds good, but unfortunately I already have the 360 version of GH II... might grab it after crimbo, even though I wasn't all that taken by the demo (If I'm being honest, it's really because I suck at GH:o)

Its expected to be around €100 though which is a bit pricy, I was going to get it but got a new mp3 player instead (my last one broke when I spillt red bull on it... and 3 months of using cd's again was too much).

Gonna get it on the 360, I heard the Wii version is outputing Mono Audio.

there shall be downloadable content for the wii but we must around 2 months to get it,the whole rumble featuer and sound from the wiimote seals it for me

I don't think you can use the old guitars for GH3 due to wirelessness - not 100% bout that though!

I'll be getting it on Wii as it's the only console I have, but still, it looks rawkin'! Friend of mine was complaining that it's too easy on the difficult modes because the accuracy you need has been lowered, you can be a bit off and still get the note. But hey, this girl is pretty damn good on expert GHII, so for the less experienced it'll probably be handy!

On the 360 the GHII wired guitar will work for it.

Practice, practice and practice. Some of the tougher songs on Medium and on Hard will have you shifting your hand up and down the buttons to cope with trickier parts so you little finger will come into play less than you think.

But yeah, practice.

As much as I want to get this game I will not until Activision (Well, the Developers) fix the major **** up that is the sound only being in Mono and not Stereo or Surround (as advertisted on the box/disc). For a music game to be in mono shows that a lot of people didnt do proper testing on it.

Think ill wait till i get a x360 before getting this game for it.

they did!! i believe if you tilt the guitar you get more style points! im gettin it for xmas....gonna b savage!!

When you tilt the guitar vertical, you get star points. Its pretty sweet, the screen lights up and the guitar vibrates like mad!!!

This is one of the best games the Wii has to offer.
Its just awesome.

It's €114 in Gamestop for the Xbox 360 and the PS3... they didn't have any for the Wii. €80 is ridiculous, and if they give me my student discount in HMV it'll be €72! I don't know if I can resist and I just bought Mario Galaxy!
