Dark Cloud?

I woke up this morning and it just feels like there's a dark cloud over my head. I've been on the brink of tears all day, and its not pleasent.

I was diagnosed with depression a few years ago (about 2) and was on medication at various stages, and was seeing a counsellor and a psychiatrist.

A few weeks/months ago I felt better so I stopped it all. No counsellor, no talking things through with F&F, nothing. And it seemed to be working.

Is today just a minor setback, or should I start to reconsider my options again?

See how you are after 3 days, everyone has down days and blue days and if you have had depression and then have a few down days it can be scarey as it feels like you are back sliding.

Keep a note of you are feeling, do things that help and if you need to do see about going back to your counsellor / psychiatrist.
