    very mad at the moment so excuse the rant!

    just got an e-mail saying the flight id booked for the 26/12 from shannon is cancelled.
    im due to go to a premier league game that day and took the match tickets only after id booked the flights.
    no other flight in the country suits me that day.
    shower of p***ks.

    rant over!

    What was the excuse for cancelling the flight ?
    or do they even have to give an excuse ro just cite "Operational Difficulties"

    Unfortunately, low-cost airlines are more likely to do this at that time of year due to low bookings/staffing issues - if it's not worth their while, they aren't going to fly.
